The 3M 9541V mask has 3M’s exclusive 3M Cool flow breathing valve with a 1-way air circulation mechanism to help purify the air before entering the body, regulating breathing without causing fog when wearing glasses.

Material, substance:
– Non-woven fabric: durable and environmentally friendly.
– Activated carbon: very high adsorption properties help filter harmful chemical odors.
– Electrostatic cotton: Absorbs and holds superfine dust particles PM2.5
– Filter class KN95: filter particles <0.3 micron.
– Skin lining: soft to help skin from allergies when exposed for a long time.
Application: Use to resist solid granular dust and mist from operations: grinding, sanding, sawing, bagging or mining processes coal, iron ore, fine powder, wood, metal, chalk flowers and certain other substances.
User manual:
Step 1: Stretch the strap 2-3 times to limit ear pain. Hold the mask by the two straps so that the metal nose clip is facing out.
Step 2: Fix the mask so that the metal brace is parallel to the bridge of the nose, the bottom edge of the mask is below the chin
Step 3: Pull the strap and fix it behind the ear, adjust the edges of the mask to make the user feel most comfortable.
Step 4: Use the fingertips in both hands to adjust the metal bar, gently squeeze the metal bar inward to increase the tightness of the mask. Do not use one hand to operate because it will reduce the dust filtering efficiency of the mask.
Step 5: Check the tightness by placing your hands on the mask, being careful not to move the mask. Inhale strongly, if air leak is felt, go back to step 3 to adjust the strap and step 4 to adjust the nose brace. If the mask is flattened inward, the mask is already tight to the face
