Description
Akrobat lifeline system is designed to last a long time, to be installed on buildings and construction sites. Helps protect maintenance workers at risk of falling while performing their jobs.
The Akrobat lifeline system incorporates devices that absorb energy up to 10kN in the event of a fall.
Akrobat lifelines are designed to protect 1 to 4 workers. Every worker needs to be fully equipped: Proper belts and connections
Akrobat BS EN 795 Class C lifeline system standard and certified by APAVE
A. Regulatory standards relating to lifelines
– European Standard EN 795:2012
– Equivalent to TCVN 8206
– Australia – New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 5532:2013
– TS16415:2013 standard for multi-user systems (up to 4 people)
– Meets EN 13463-1: 2009 and EN 13463-5: 2003 certification of fire safety caused by sparks, is the perfect choice for works related to petroleum, chemical industry
B. The Akrobat Lifesaving System consists of the following components:
- Moving Anchor – Slider (one at a time)
- Cable
- Intermediate fixed point
- Two fixed points at the beginning and the end of the system
In addition to the lifeline, PPE is also required to form a complete system:
- Lifeline and shock absorber system
- Full body seat belt

Note:
Cable is made of 316 stainless steel and tensile strength > 52kN.
The cable must be continuously stretched from the support from one end to the other,
For very long systems, two or more cable segments can be joined together. Cables must be installed horizontally but may slope up to 15 degrees or 25%
